The service

Conquest Points is a free, unofficial fan tool for organizing CP races in the Scorewarrior game Total Battle. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Scorewarrior, Total Battle, or their trademarks. Creating a race and claiming a seat are free. Nothing on the board is for sale: no gold packs, no account shops, and no real-money trading.

No fee is charged today. If a paid host plan is offered later, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay. Joining a race will stay free. These terms do not start a paid plan.

Who can use it

You need an email address you control. You must be at least 16. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share a sign-in link or code.

What you post

You keep ownership of the race text, rules, and coordinates you submit. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people the product is built to show them to: the roster for private details such as coordinates, and Discover when you mark a race public.

Do not post someone else's private information, including castle coordinates they did not ask you to share. Do not post a Total Battle password. We will never ask for one.

House rules

Do not use the board to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate another commander.
• Sell accounts, gold, or anything else for real money.
• Scrape the game, run bots against it, or ask anyone for game credentials.
• Spam kingdoms, or post races you do not intend to host.
• Break the law, or break Total Battle's rules in a way that uses this site as the tool.

Claim a seat only if you can make the start. Cancel early so the seat can be filled. We may remove a race, an offer, or an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

The board is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a roster will fill, that a start time will match your kingdom's reset, or that a race in the game will go the way the roster says. Total Battle can change. Commanders can no-show. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost marches, lost time, or anything that happens inside the game.

Because the service is free, our total liability for a claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Trademarks

Total Battle, Scorewarrior, and their logos are trademarks of their owners. Conquest Points is a community name for this fan tool. Nothing here grants you a license to those marks.

Privacy

The Política de privacidade describes the email, roster data, cookies, and cookieless analytics the site uses, and how to ask for deletion.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the board after that, the new terms apply.

TODO: governing law is not chosen yet. The operator's jurisdiction is not recorded in this project. Until that placeholder is replaced, these terms are not a choice of a particular country's courts.
